Strategy Manager

Job Description

Position: Chief of Staff Experience: 2 years and above Location: Hyderabad (On-site) As a Chief of Staff , you will act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CGO, enabling effective decision-making, operational efficiency, and alignment across departments. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, driving the execution of strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the leadership team. Further to this, you will also aid in translating high-level vision into actionable plans, often overseeing special projects, preparing executive reports, and serving as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Act as an adviser to the CGO and second-line leadership. Assist the CGO in facilitating effective decision-making. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives. Participate in regular meetings with other teams to ensure seamless execution. Assess inquiries directed to the CGO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage. Ensure all staff & business issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved. Ideal Candidate: Progressive (Preferably 2 years experience) in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand growth, preferably in premium FMCG or dairy. Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. Effective, versatile, and action-oriented. Bringing structure to the ambiguity in the process and giving clarity to drive strategic projects. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and board members, with a sense of accountability and transparency in every task. Show more Show less
