We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare and education sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support during the deployment phase, addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with client expectations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Train end-users on the software functionalities and best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3.5 to 6 years of experience in software implementation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g.SQL & MYSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of report design tool like jasper ,crystal etc
