Job Description

Experience: 12-18 yearsRole: Senior Data ScientistLevel: L3 / L4

Mandatory Skills

Experience using data analytics/machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, deep learning, self-learning etc.)
Strong programming skills with python, familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., SKlearn, Matplorlib TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.)
Good mathematical, statistical and algorithm writing skills
Competent in machine learning principles and techniques.
Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve organizational processes
Master’s in industrial/manufacturing/production engineering is preferred with previous industry experience

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems
Responsible for end-to-end ML model development process starting from data collection and preprocessing, through model training and evaluation, to deployment and monitoring
Lead the data-driven decision-making process, from data collection and analysis to implementation and monitoring of solutions
Manage data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies
