Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Workido IT Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships within the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT and technology sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for the company.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (e.g., cloud, software development, IT consulting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
