Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell plots and other real estate offerings of Wishluv Buildcon Pvt Ltd.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor activities.
• Utilize geographical knowledge of Patna to effectively communicate property locations and benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or plot selling.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Patna and its surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in the local language is a must.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for sales and client management.
• A hustler mentality with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
