Experience Level : 2-3 Years Job Description : Strong experience with PHP (core + frameworks) and in building scalable web applications. Hands-on expertise in WordPress development and customisation. Proficient with Ontraport (email marketing automation, page building, contact management, creating workshop/webinar). Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and web application debugging. Experience working with ticketing systems and managing support queues. Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases. Good understanding of version control tools like Git . Proven leadership ability in mentoring and guiding junior team members. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration. Nice to Have: Experience with popular ticketing tools such as Wrike, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow . Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
