Job Summary:

Dr. A. Ramachandran’s Diabetes Hospitals is seeking a competent and proactive HR Generalist with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospital sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core HR functions, with added value given to experience in NABH audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS, and documentation.
• Oversee payroll support, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Conduct employee induction programs, trainings, and policy briefings.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Actively support NABH audit requirements and readiness from the HR standpoint.
• Help implement and streamline hospital HR policies and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.
• 3 to 6 years of hospital HR experience is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of HR generalist activities and statutory compliance.
• Prior exposure to or understanding of NABH accreditation processes is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and HR software platforms.
