Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Drive SEO/SEM efforts and continuously optimize website performance Manage and grow social media presence and community engagement Oversee email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.) Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive branding Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform digital strategies Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/HubSpot, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and landing page optimization Creative mindset with an eye for detail What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Freedom to experiment and lead innovative campaigns Exposure to exciting projects and fast career growth Supportive and collaborative team culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,714.96 - ₹36,050.79 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
