Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to

  gather, analyze, and document requirements

  across lending workflows.
• Prepare

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories

  , and ensure clarity of scope for tech implementation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into scalable, robust system solutions.
• Conduct

  gap analysis

  and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage

  vendor relationships

  , timelines, and quality of deliverables.
• Design and document

  process flows, wireframes, system diagrams

  , and data schemas.
• Coordinate and conduct

  UAT

  , ensuring functionality and business alignment post-deployment.
• Stay abreast of

  regulatory changes and lending industry trends

  to inform system improvements.
• Work extensively with

  Data Warehouse teams

  for reporting, analysis, and insights generation.

Required Skill Sets

• Proven experience in

  business analysis for lending systems

  (retail or SME preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  data warehousing concepts

  and experience working with DWH teams.
• Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, and working in Agile environments.
• Exceptional

  vendor and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver under tight timelines, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Skilled in tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Visio

  , or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
