Urgent hiring Sr Architecture / Civil Engineer

Location - Mavdi, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Design & Development: Plan and develop building designs, architectural drawings, and working drawings (including structural elements), ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants (MEP, structural), contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Oversee civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and structural elements of projects, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Key skills and competencies

• Design & Creativity: Strong conceptual and planning abilities, with the speed to deliver designs.
• Project Management: Excellent skills in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of materials, finishes, detailing, MEP systems, and construction methods.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation tools; knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)/3D tools is a plus.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills to lead teams and interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve technical and site-related issues independently.

Qualifications and experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; Master's degree is often preferred or required.

Experience: A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in architectural design, structural design, and site execution, often including leadership roles.
