Job Title: Accounts Head Location: Ruby, Kolkata Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 8 years Preferred Background: Experience in a CA firm Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Head to lead our accounting department at our office in Ruby, Kolkata . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles, GST compliance, and hands-on experience with financial reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a CA firm. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions Ensure timely preparation and finalization of accounts Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance Handle audits, coordinate with external auditors and CA firms Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports Implement and improve accounting systems and controls Lead and supervise a small team of accountants or support staff Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management Strong knowledge of Accounts, GST, TDS , and Indian taxation laws Experience in working with or for a CA firm is highly desirable Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar ERP tools) Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, CA Inter or equivalent is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary: ₹40,000 per month Professional work environment Opportunity to lead the accounts department and grow within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
