Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities : Accounting & Financial Control Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of books MIS & Financial Reporting Prepare Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports for management Provide insights for business performance and decision-making Audit & Compliance Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits File quarterly TDS returns accurately and timely Inventory & Stock Conduct and monitor periodic stock counts Reconcile inventory records with financials Receivables & Payables Management Oversee and optimize Accounts Receivable and Payable cycles Track aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Working Capital Management Monitor day-to-day cash flow and working capital needs Ensure timely payments and collections to maintain liquidity Required Qualifications : B.Com/M.Com /CA Inter or MBA (preferred) 4+ years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and audit procedures Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and banking platforms High integrity and trustworthiness Only Female Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 4 years (Preferred) Tally: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
