Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sourcing Manager will oversee procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and collaborating with internal departments to meet procurement goals. Qualifications Experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and evaluating supplier performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing supplier relationships and collaborating with internal teams Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus Show more Show less
