Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive exponential growth in solar project sales. You will play a pivotal role in setting sales strategies, building and mentoring the sales team, and closing high-value solar deals across various segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and expand the solar sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue, market share, and brand presence.
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through B2B, B2C, and channel partner networks.
  • Provide training, performance coaching, and regular motivation to sales team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project execution teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive a team toward aggressive targets.
  • In-depth understanding of solar products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
