Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong foundation in embedded programming, hardware-interfacing, and systems development.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on mindset, passion for innovation, and exposure to mission-critical systems in defense, telecom, or automation industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance software using MATLAB, C, C++, and Linux-based environments
• Design, test, and implement algorithms for real-time applications
• Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate and validate digital logic systems
• Implement low-level software interfacing with hardware and communication protocols
• Debug, optimize, and document embedded systems software
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety/security protocols
• Contribute to full development lifecycle—from concept to deployment
• Engage in internal reviews, client demos, and cross-functional coordination

Technical Skill Set:

• Strong coding experience in MATLAB, C/C++, and Linux OS kernel/user space
• Familiarity with networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet, UDP, TCP/IP)
• Good understanding of digital logic design, microcontrollers, FPGA interfacing
• Version control, test-driven development, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in defense systems, telecom equipment, or automation control systems
• Exposure to signal processing, protocol stacks, or real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Knowledge of safety-critical or secure development environments is highly valued

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields
• Certifications in embedded systems / networking protocols (preferred but not mandatory)
