Location: Work from Office — Lucknow Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are hiring Trainee Software Engineers to join our growing product development team in Lucknow . This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about building modern software applications. You will work on real projects under the mentorship of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and AI/ML The initial 6-month period will be dedicated to training. After which, salary revisions are made as per the company policy. Key Details: Probation/Training Period: 6 Months Stipend during Training: ₹12,000 per month Post-Training Salary: ₹2,40,000 per annum Salary Revision: Yearly Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Node.js, and Python Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Work collaboratively with team members on project development Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices Debug, test, and document software Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks Required Skills: Good understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms) Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript/Python Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong problem-solving and logical thinking Good communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: Exposure to Git, REST APIs, and databases Participation in coding contests / open source projects Basic understanding of AI/ML (optional) What We Offer: Real project experience with modern technologies Mentorship from experienced engineers Collaborative work culture Opportunity for full-time employment post-training Growth-oriented environment with yearly salary revisions Show more Show less
