Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies for various clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with designers and content writers.
• Analyze social media insights and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
• Monitor trends, reels, and viral content to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement (comments, DMs), and follower growth.
• Run and manage paid promotions/ads on Meta platforms.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with key metrics and improvement suggestions.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in social media strategy or management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
