1. Buyer Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, managing communication from product development to delivery. Collaborate with buyers to understand their needs and specifications for new product lines. Provide timely updates and solutions to buyers throughout the order process, ensuring their requirements are met. 2. Production Coordination : Work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and shipment deadlines are achieved. Monitor production progress to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly. 3.ERP Management (Visual Gems) : Ensure accurate and timely entry of all production-related data in the Visual Gems ERP system. Maintain records of inventory, production schedules, and shipment details to streamline processes and ensure accountability 4. Supplier & Processor Coordination : Liaise with fabric suppliers, processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely completion of processing tasks. Oversee the quality control of materials and ensure that suppliers meet the brands premium standards

Finishing Operations: Supervise daily finishing activities including thread cutting, pressing, tagging, folding, and packing. Allocate manpower and monitor productivity in the finishing section. Ensure garments are finished as per buyer specifications and standard operating procedures. Monitor packing methods to avoid damage and maintain presentation quality. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality checkpoints during finishing and final inspection. Conduct inline and end-line audits to detect defects and ensure quality consistency. Coordinate with quality auditors, line supervisors, and production teams to minimize rejections. Analyze rejections and take corrective/preventive actions to improve quality. Coordination and Documentation: Coordinate with production, merchandising, and stores for timely delivery and quality approvals. Maintain reports on rejections, defects, audit results, and daily finishing output. Support third-party and buyer quality audits and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
