Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist located in Kolkata. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media performance, and collaborating with the public relations team. Daily tasks also include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in developing and executing platform-specific Content Strategies (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, Facebook Groups, etc.)
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
• Experience in Public Relations and managing public perception
• Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Report performance insights to stakeholders and suggest data-driven improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and influencer collaborations is a plus
