Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly update all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts related to ongoing, past, and upcoming events.
• Create engaging, visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, event teasers, behind-the-scenes) in coordination with the design and event teams.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
• Monitor trends in the event industry and incorporate them into content strategy.
• Regularly update website content including event galleries, blog posts, services, and announcements.
• Coordinate with the design or web team for any technical updates or changes.
• Ensure the website is up to date, visually aligned with current branding, and optimized for

  Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics on social media and website (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.).
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts and websites.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and web CMS (WordPress or similar).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and branding.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic graphic design.
