Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients/customers for timely payments and maintain accurate records of receivables
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to reconcile pending invoices and collections
• Ensure compliance with all statutory tax regulations, including TDS, GST, and other relevant filings
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers
• Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure proper documentation
• Support in preparing financial reports, MIS, and audit-related documentation
• Assist in bank reconciliations and other day-to-day accounting tasks
• Liaise with vendors and clients for account-related queries and resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable roles
• Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS

  , and other statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar)
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
