Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive traffic, leads, and engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop platform-specific content
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals
• Write creative and engaging captions tailored to each platform
• Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, followers, leads, and conversions
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to report performance
• Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Foster an active and loyal online community through engagement
• Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and feedback
• Collaborate on influencer campaigns or partnerships to grow reach
• Participate in brainstorming for innovative campaigns and brand initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
