Job Title: Digital Content & Brand Strategist

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Reporting To: Founder/Director – Aëthos & Invictus

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused content leader to shape and drive the digital storytelling of both brands. The ideal candidate will own content strategy, drive cross-platform campaigns, manage digital communities, and work across departments to translate science, performance, and health into stories that inspire action and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement unified but differentiated content strategies for Aëthos and Invictus
  • Align storytelling with brand positioning, campaign goals, seasonal product launches, and educational objectives
  • Design quarterly content roadmaps tailored to both lifestyle and performance verticals

Content Creation & Management

  • Write, curate, and manage high-impact content: blogs, emailers, reels, video scripts, educational posts, testimonials, and campaigns
  • Maintain content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Ensure consistency in tone—luxury, aspirational for Aëthos; energetic, technical for Invictus
  • Work with in-house and freelance creatives (designers, editors, videographers) to deliver visual and video content

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Foster vibrant communities by engaging meaningfully with followers, clients, athletes, and advocates
  • Manage DMs, comments, and public sentiment across platforms
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, creators, and experts for branded content

Paid Media & Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for assessments, memberships, events, and launches
  • Manage Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaigns to drive targeted reach and conversions
  • Build high-intent landing funnels with content-driven copy

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across organic and paid efforts: engagement, reach, conversions, lead quality, CTR
  • Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitive content landscape to stay relevant and cutting-edge
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and content improvement plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, medical, hospitality, sports science, and coaching teams to translate technical knowledge into impactful stories
  • Contribute to the creative direction of workshops, offline campaigns, and flagship launches

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or social media roles
  • Prior exposure to premium wellness, healthcare, fitness, or high-performance industries
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Basic working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools for visual content
  • Strong writing and communication skills across formats—technical, conversational, editorial
  • Creative thinker with data-driven execution skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
