Social Media Manager

Experience required: 2–5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. • Define key social media KPIs and track performance metrics. • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency. • Plan and schedule content calendars and ensure timely posting. • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization. • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends. • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns. • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. • Analyze data to inform future campaigns and strategies. • Manage and collaborate with influencers, brand partners, or ambassadors when needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Solid understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.). • Experience with paid advertising on social media. • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. • Strong analytical and multitasking skills. • Creative mindset and attention to detail. • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
