Job Title Social Media Executive (1 Year Experience) Location: kharadi , pune Job Type Full-Time Experience Required Minimum 1 year in a similar role Job Description We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . You will be responsible for implementing paid campaigns, managing social media content, and optimizing performance to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.). Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop ad creatives and copy. Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Track and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital advertising. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization. Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Basic SEO understanding.
