Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Designer to own and grow Condor’s digital voice across platforms like LinkedIn, Medium, Instagram, YouTube, and our website. This role is ideal for someone who can communicate complex ideas in simple, engaging formats and is equally comfortable writing, designing, posting, and analysing content. Content Creation, & Design

• Plan, create, design and schedule content across LinkedIn, Medium, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Write social posts, blog articles, newsletters, video scripts, and campaign copies.
• Design social media creatives using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn updates and launches into compelling content.

Platform Management & Growth

• Respond to DMs, comments, and foster interaction across Condor’s digital touchpoints.
• Keep the company website updated with content, visuals, and key changes (using CMS like Webflow/WordPress).

Brand Voice & Community

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity that reflects Condor’s work in AI, edge computing and real world deployment.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments and build community across platforms.
• Track relevant trends and competitors to position Condor as a credible and forward looking voice in AI and IoT.

Analytics & Strategy

• Monitor post and campaign performance using platform analytics.
• Share insights and recommendations to improve content strategy, reach and engagement.
• Contribute to campaign planning for product launches, thought leadership and partnerships.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Media, English or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• 2+ years managing content and social media for a brand, ideally in tech, SaaS, hardware or startups.
• Portfolio or samples of previous content and visual work (social posts, blog links, campaigns, etc.).

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on design experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Interest in AI, edge computing, IoT or deeptech storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex or technical ideas into engaging, digestible content.
