Slaes Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Itola, Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in cable testing equipment and appliance testing equipment, with a strong ability to build client relationships and drive sales growth.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cable testing and appliance testing equipment segments.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, explaining technical features and benefits.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and after-sales support.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of direct sales experience in testing equipment or similar technical products.- Good understanding of cable testing and appliance testing equipment.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand technical specifications and convey value propositions effectively.- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

- Existing network of clients in electrical or testing equipment sectors.
