Business Development Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across various industries in the domestic market.
• Build and maintain a lead database using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social platforms to generate interest and schedule introductory calls.
• Support the sales team with outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
• Work with CRM tools to log and track leads and client interactions.
• Prepare lead reports and weekly updates for the sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead targeting strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or human resource services.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and email automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Quick learner with good analytical and research skills.
