Role & responsibilities Supervise and ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, ducting, and cleanroom environment controls. Ensure compliance of HVAC systems with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., cGMP, WHO, USFDA, EU-GMP). Monitor temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and air changes in cleanrooms. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems to minimize downtime. Participate in HVAC-related qualification and validation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ). Support internal and external audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to HVAC systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Projects) to support smooth plant operations. Maintain documentation as per SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendors and contractors for HVAC-related services and AMC. Ensure energy-efficient and safe operation of all HVAC equipment Key Skills: Knowledge of HVAC design principles and cleanroom systems cGMP and regulatory compliance awareness Problem-solving and root cause analysis Good communication and coordination skills Technical documentation and reporting
