Experince - 5-10 Years

Job location - Mumbai

Optimize ServiceNow modules for OTSM, incident response, asset tracking, and cybersecurity workflows tailored to OT operations. Ensure security incidents and policy violations from OT assets are accurately reflected and reported within centralized ITSM systems.
Workflow design for OT alerts and response
CMDB structuring for industrial assets (PLC, RTU, controllers)
Ticket auto-generation based on SIEM inputs
Integration between SolarWinds, SIEM, and ServiceNow platforms
SLA tracking and compliance reporting for OT service processes
Experience configuring ServiceNow CMDB modules for OT systems.
Develops asset attribute templates, synchronization routines, and data quality checks.
Supports incident and change modules for OT environments.
Integrates with asset discovery tools and ensures structured data import/export.
