ServiceNow Automation QA

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow Automation QA Engineer to join our fast-growing ServiceNow COE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications through automated testing. Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define test strategies, develop automated test scripts, and support continuous integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools (e.g., ATF, Selenium, or other relevant frameworks). Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Execute and monitor automated test suites and report test results with clarity and accuracy. Create and Manage test data and test environments. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests. Troubleshoot issues and work with developers to resolve defects. Ensure compliance with QA Standards and best practices within ServiceNow Platform. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of QA experience with at least 1-2 years in automation testing for ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB. Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Junit, or similar. Familiarity with Scripting languages (Javascript, Python, etc.). Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating ATF into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). Understanding of test management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or Xray.
