ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on HRSD.
• Advise government clients on ServiceNow best practices within the HRSD module to create lasting value and enhanced employee experiences.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant government standards, including FedRAMP and potentially DoD IL-4/IL-5.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions specifically for HRSD implementations to achieve project goals and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute actively on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the Windward methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and deliver successful HRSD outcomes.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles within HRSD implementations, including documentation, testing, and training materials.
• Innovate and identify ServiceNow solutions within HRSD that can be reused on future government engagements.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current, particularly within the HRSD domain, and contribute to [Your Company Name]'s thought leadership.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Implementation Engineer.
• Must possess active ServiceNow HRSD certification(s).
• Must hold an active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) and/or LSD (Legal Services Delivery) is a significant plus.
• Experience working with government agencies and adhering to relevant security and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5).
• Proven ability to lead technical design sessions and translate functional requirements into technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
