Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
* Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* Develop architectural blueprints and technical standards.
* Oversee integrations with third-party systems (via REST, SOAP, MID Server).
* Conduct design reviews and performance tuning.
* Excellent experience in AIOps and Predective Intelligence
* Good experience and understanding of AI Search implementation over contextual Search for Virtual Agent
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM (CSDM), SPM and WSD etc.).
* Strong expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
* Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and App Engine.
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory).
* Additional certifications: CIS (ITSM, HRSD, CSM), CAD, CTA (preferred).
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
