Objective: Identify high-value keywords to target.

Procedure:

• Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to perform keyword research.
• Analyze competitors' websites for keyword opportunities.
• Create a list of primary and secondary keywords aligned with the client’s objectives.
• Share the keyword research report with the team and refine based on feedback.

2. On-Page SEO Optimization

Objective: Optimize website content for better search engine rankings.

Procedure:

• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and headers using target keywords.
• Ensure proper keyword placement within content without overstuffing.
• Audit website URLs to ensure they are SEO-friendly.
• Add alt tags to images and optimize them for faster loading.
• Review internal linking and suggest improvements to enhance site navigation.

3. Technical SEO and Website Health

Objective: Ensure the website is technically sound and optimized for search engines.

Procedure:

• Conduct regular technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog or SEMrush.
• Check for crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for speed.
• Implement structured data markup for better search visibility.
• Coordinate with the development team to address any technical issues.

4. Off-Page SEO and Link Building

Objective: Increase website authority through ethical link-building practices.

Procedure:

• Research and identify high-quality websites for backlinks.
• Conduct outreach to relevant blogs, websites, and forums for guest posting opportunities.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of backlinks using tools like Ahrefs or Moz.
• Avoid black-hat SEO practices, ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting

Objective: Monitor SEO efforts and measure results.

Procedure:

• Track key metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, keyword rankings, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to present SEO performance.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable steps.
• Share insights with the team and refine strategies based on data.

6. Content Collaboration

Objective: Ensure content aligns with SEO objectives.

Procedure:

• Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other website content.
• Suggest topics based on keyword research and audience interests.
• Review content drafts for keyword integration and SEO compliance.

7. Continual Learning and Industry Awareness

Objective: Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.

Procedure:

• Regularly follow industry blogs, webinars, and updates from search engines.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve SEO strategies.
• Share knowledge and learnings with the team during meetings.
