As a React Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web-based healthcare platform. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing React-based user interfaces, managing our frontend monorepo, and collaborating with a dynamic team to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain our web-based healthcare platform using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Build and optimize reusable components within a frontend monorepo. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Continuously discover, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications 7+ years of experience with React (SaaS experience preferred). Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). Experience with monorepos, Storybook, and Playwright is a plus.
