Intellops, AEX Website : https://www.dryice.ai/ Job Descriptions:- UX Designer (6–18 years) Overview: A seasoned UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across digital platforms. You will drive research, conceptualization, and validation, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams to elevate product usability. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from research to prototyping Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations Define user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and prototypes Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate insights into elegant design solutions Ensure accessibility and usability compliance across platforms Mentor junior designers and drive UX best practices Qualifications: 6–18 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Design, Psychology, or related field Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Strong understanding of human-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility Preferred Attributes: Empathy-driven decision-making Excellent communication and storytelling skills Data-informed design mindset Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments Show more Show less
