Senior UI/UX Designer

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution across app-based products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to derive user insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs with precision and intent.
• Maintain and advocate for a consistent design language across all app experiences.
• Utilize data and user feedback to iterate and improve the user journey continuously.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile UX/UI.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, preferably for consumer-facing mobile apps(iOS).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and mobile application design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile-first design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
