iesUI/UX design process from research to final implementation for web and mobile applications.Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the user experience.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design, considering senior-friendly UI/UX best practices.Optimize the design for eCommerce conversion and engagement metrics.Work on community-driven features that enhance user interaction and engagement.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices in eCommerce and community platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in eCommerce or community-driven applications.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and other UI/UXtools.Strong understanding of user psychology, interaction design, and accessibility guidelines.Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usabilitytesting to refine designs.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not mandatory but aplus).Knowledge of designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solvingskills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in designing for senior-friendly digital interfaces or accessibility-focused platforms.Previous work in a community app orplatform that encourages social engagement</ul>.
