Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to drive the success of our company. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to create innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
