Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at Faxoc. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, and enhancing employer branding. They will play a crucial role in hiring and onboarding processes, optimizing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pool for future needs. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and sourcing tools to attract talent Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Oversee employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) Ensure compliance with labor laws and best hiring practices Lead and mentor junior recruiters or hiring coordinators Show more Show less
