Solarwinds L3 JDSolution Architect Job Description : 8-12 years experience in Design and lead implementation of Enterprise Tools and Automation Solutions using Secured By Default as a guiding principle. Provides consultation and technical delivery of services of platform monitoring & management, application monitoring, event management, and service delivery automation. Lead customer discussions and workshops to translates requirements into solution design, creates design documents with technical implementation plan. Works with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that technical components of engagement gets delivered as per customer s business needs and expectations. Contribute in populating Architecture Continuum with technical documentation including process flows, workflows and design diagrams on BEST PRACTICES in Service Assurance Domain. Develop new services, platform functionality and orchestration workflows using automation and tools (like Ansible), engineering within IT systems and platform (vSphere, AWS, Azure, GCP etc), and maintain existing orchestration flows. Define\\Deploy best practices for implementation and operations to monitor and automate IT Infrastructure. Handle escalations and provide support. Key Requirements Technically strong in Managing, Solutioning and Integrated monitoring systems technologies in Solarwinds (SAM,NPM,NCM etc) but not limited to. MUST have experience in SolarWinds , domain of Service Assurance, enterprise monitoring, event management, ITIL and runbook automation. MUST have knowledge and experience on legacy IT systems as well as NextGen Software Defined and\\or Cloud Based Infrastructure. MUST have interest in research and learn new technologies and skills. Strong Knowledge of Automation solutions (like BMC Bladelogic, IBM End Point Manager, HP SA, SCCM, Ansible, Puppet, Chef etc.) Good knowledge of systems administration (Windows, CentOS and RHEL). Good knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing (VMware s vSphere, AWS, Azure). Employs positive thinking and able to work constructively in team development. Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment Optional (Good To Have) Knowledge of any scripting\\development language (PERL, JAVA, Python etc.). Knowledge of any Development Methodologies and\\or DevOps Framework\\tools . Knowledge of any ITSM Tools like BMC Remedy/HP Service Desk/Service Now/CMDB
