Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering self-organization.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members to enhance their Agile competencies and career growth.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage open communication within and across teams.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and a collaborative team environment.
• Implement and support scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives and product vision.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team progress, risks, and improvement plans.
• Analyze team dynamics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of leading Agile teams.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or departments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP).
• Certification in scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)).
• Familiarity with Lean principles.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Trello).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies beyond Agile.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions.
