Your Role

  • Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (7.2) functionalities including ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and Test Suite
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SolMan solutions
  • Integrate SolMan with SAP and non-SAP systems for centralized monitoring and management
  • Manage change control processes using ChaRM and oversee transport management
  • Set up and maintain system monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics
  • Support testing processes with Test Suite and Business Process Monitoring
  • Document configurations, processes, and provide user training

Your Profile

  • 6–14 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager
  • Strong expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, and system monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and landscape integration
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/ITIL methodologies
