Your Role

Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (7.2) functionalities including ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and Test Suite

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SolMan solutions

Integrate SolMan with SAP and non-SAP systems for centralized monitoring and management

Manage change control processes using ChaRM and oversee transport management

Set up and maintain system monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics

Support testing processes with Test Suite and Business Process Monitoring

Document configurations, processes, and provide user training

Your Profile

614 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager

Strong expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, and system monitoring

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and landscape integration

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with Agile/ITIL methodologies
