Job Description

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP FICO module implementations, configurations, and enhancements
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
Configure FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA)
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and PP
Support data migration, testing, and end-user training activities
Perform month-end/year-end activities and resolve production issues
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP team
Handle change requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Stay up-to-date with the latest features of SAP S/4HANA (if applicable)

Required Skills

5+ years of SAP FICO functional experience
Strong knowledge of finance and controlling business processes
Hands-on experience with integration to other modules (MM/SD)
Experience with GST, tax configuration, TDS, and bank accounting
Proficient in COPA (account-based and costing-based)
Experience with end-to-end implementation projects and support
Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance is a strong plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
