Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the electrical transmission and distribution sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, sales channel management, and marketing, with a deep technical understanding of conductors, cables, and wire rods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and expand the company's market presence across multiple states.
• Develop and manage sales channels in the electrical transmission and distribution industry.
• Prepare commercial quotes, cost sheets, and sales proposals for products like conductors, cables, and wire rods.
• Generate and pursue sales leads, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
• Manage complete sales operations from order generation to delivery, including inspections, order planning, and payment follow-ups.
• Participate in vendor meets and government/private online auctions.
• Maintain MIS reports and sales data for regular reporting.
• Identify and develop new vendor and client relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and market shifts to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
