Role Summary: We’re seeking a skilled and experienced professional with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new leads, converting them into clients, and managing relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up with leads from field visits, social media, and referrals Meet prospective clients (homeowners, builders, architects) and explain our services Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through persuasion and clarity Conduct site visits and coordinate with the project/design team Update daily activity reports and maintain a structured follow-up process Assist with basic digital marketing and WhatsApp campaign handling Meet monthly targets and boost brand visibility locally Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on sales/marketing experience Experience in interior design, modular furniture, or real estate is highly preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local market and client behavior in Hyderabad Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business Two-wheeler with license (preferred for field visits) Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹14,607.85 - ₹43,294.71 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Experience: Field sales: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9885860088
