Senior Sales Manager

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales strategies, manage a team, and drive revenue growth in the Pune region. This role requires strong leadership, field sales expertise, and a proven track record in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
• Drive sales performance through team development and field activities
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular field visits and support team in closing deals
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards and sales processes
• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and team handling
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas
