Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Sales Department: Sales Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company: We are a leading real estate development firm dedicated to crafting exceptional residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces. By focusing on quality, innovation, and timely delivery, we aim to build lasting relationships with clients and partners alike. Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager – Sales (B2B & B2C) , you will drive revenue growth by managing key client relationships, generating new leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will work across both B2C and B2B segments, representing the company in a highly professional and consultative manner. Key Responsibilities: B2C Sales: Engage with individual homebuyers and investors to promote residential/commercial units. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and virtual tours to convert leads into bookings. Understand customer requirements and offer personalized real estate solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a high lead conversion ratio. B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. Conduct presentations, training, and briefings for B2B stakeholders to ensure product understanding. Onboard and manage brokerage networks for enhanced lead generation and closures. Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with bulk buyers or institutional clients. General Responsibilities: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deal status, and feedback using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team for event planning, digital campaigns, and lead generation activities. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with exposure to both B2B and B2C segments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
