Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Projects (with Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Expertise) Location: [Jaipur Rajasthan] Department: Operations / Project Management Experience: 5–10 years in Interior Fit-Out & Modular Design Project Management Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: Radon India is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Interior Projects to oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects with a strong focus on modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions . The candidate will be responsible for complete project operations—from planning to delivery—ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete lifecycle of interior projects, including modular kitchens and wardrobe design/execution. Interpret client briefs and convert them into functional and aesthetic modular designs. Coordinate with design, procurement, and on-site teams for seamless execution. Develop project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans. Oversee site activities, vendor coordination, and timely execution. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications and standards. Handle client interaction, regular updates, approvals, and feedback. Track budgets, control costs, and ensure project profitability. Maintain all documentation including drawings, progress reports, invoices, and handover papers. Innovate and implement operational process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or relevant field. 5–10 years of experience in interior project management with hands-on exposure to modular kitchens and wardrobes . Strong technical knowledge of modular systems, materials, fittings, and layouts. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and project management software. Excellent team management, multitasking, and communication skills. Strong understanding of vendor management, quality control, and project timelines.
